Family Trio heads Northeast in October

The Rita Hosking family trio is taking a quick trip northeast October 17-26, hoping to catch the tail end of some fall colors!  It's our first trip to that area, so please tell your friends who may be in driving distance?We'll be doing mostly Rita's songs (including a couple new ones), but also a great mix of co-written songs, lovely instrumentals, and some original Kora Feder tunes.

    Rita: you and your family gave us a lovely, thought-provoking evening of music at Common Fence last evening. It was a mystery why there weren't many more in the audience...their loss. One of you songs had a line that haunts me but I can't remember it exactly: something about "my arms are your refuge my heart is your home?" Please send me the exact line...I love it...it describes my marriage. Elaine Williams

    Elaine, I'm sorry to find your question so late after you wrote it. The line is "My heart your shelter, my arms your home." It's a line from wedding vows written by good friends of ours, for whom we wrote the song. Haven't recorded it yet, but hoping to later this year. Best of wishes and Take Care-- Rita
